How We Work

How to upgrade your tech stack without breaking the bank

Before initiating any project, we enter into a contract, acknowledging that the initial stage of requirements gathering, led by a Business Analyst, is not free but incurs static costs per month. This process takes place at the outset of each project, resulting in the creation of the Project Requirements Document (PRD) and a draft of the Roadmap.

Following the requirements gathering, the negotiation stage commences. We leverage the PRD and Roadmap to engage in a meaningful conversation about the subsequent stages of development. The primary outcomes of the negotiation are the finalized PRD, the development Roadmap, and the signed contract.

Upon completion of the negotiation stage, the development phase begins.

The development stage utilizes an iterative approach, with each sprint lasting two weeks and featuring a defined scope of work. Within this framework, backlog refinement is seamlessly integrated. Backlog refinement involves regularly reviewing and optimizing the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with project goals and priorities. Each sprint incorporates a review and planning stage for the next iteration, which includes backlog refinement activities. Payment arrangements can be structured on a per-sprint basis or follow a default monthly schedule.
